Dr. Bell received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of San Diego and graduated from Washington State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.  Throughout her years in veterinary practice, Dr. Bell gained invaluable experience treating and loving on the pets in her community. Her special interests include palliative/hospice care, preventive care, and cardiology.

Working together with owners to provide the best quality of life for their loved ones is Dr. Bell's greatest passion. Her dream of opening a mobile practice was inspired by her mission as a veterinarian to prioritize the safety and comfort of her patients while allowing owners more time to ask questions and participate directly in their pet’s care. The convenience of in-home care provides a peaceful and relaxed environment for you and your pet without the stressors and time constraints of an office visit.

Dr. Bell is an avid gardener of both veggies and flowers and loves spending time in Washington's beautiful natural landscape with her husband, baby boy, and pack of dogs, cats, and chickens.

Shireen Jackman, MSc

Shireen graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Utah Valley University and worked as a certified medical assistant in family medicine and pediatrics before making her way to the magical PNW. She decided to pursue her dream of working with animals after earning her master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Victoria.

Shireen entered the veterinary field as an assistant and later transitioned into practice management, where she gained a greater appreciation for the complexity involved in all aspects of veterinary practice. She now facilitates behind-the-scenes operations of Bell Mobile Veterinary Care and accompanies Dr. Bell on house calls. Taking care of pets and providing client education and support in the privacy and comfort of home has been a wonderful, fulfilling experience that has reinvigorated Shireen’s love for veterinary medicine.

She spends her free time writing poetry and short stories, soaking up as much nature as possible with her husband, and cuddling with three of the most spoiled kitties around  – Baby, Rumi, and Toulouse.
